This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application QueendomPuzzle (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), created and managed by Tigrisapp ("we", "our", or "us").

We are dedicated to safeguarding and respecting your personal privacy. This document outlines our practices regarding the collection, utilization, and disclosure of information when you download, install, and play QueendomPuzzle.

2. Information Collection & Usage

QueendomPuzzle is primarily an offline-capable logic puzzle game. We only collect the minimal necessary information required to provide core game functionality, leaderboard rankings, and advertising support:

Guest & User Profiles: When you play, a local guest profile is generated with an avatar and nickname. If you connect using your Google Account, we receive your basic public profile information (Display Name, Email, and Google User ID) to sync your progress and display your name on the public daily leaderboard.
Game Progress & Preferences: Your level completion, streak count, earned gold, unlocked puzzle pieces, theme palettes, and sound settings are saved locally on your device via AsyncStorage and synchronized securely with Google Firebase Firestore.
Device & Diagnostic Data: Automatic non-personally identifiable technical logs (operating system version, device model, app crash logs) may be gathered to troubleshoot technical bugs and improve performance.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Application utilizes trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or deliver targeted advertisements. Below are links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers utilized in QueendomPuzzle:

      Advertising Notice: QueendomPuzzle uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements, interstitial ads, and opt-in rewarded video ads (e.g., watching a short video to earn an in-game hint or gold reward). These ad networks may use advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID) to serve relevant ads.
    

4. User Data Control & Deletion

We believe you should have complete ownership over your data:

In-App Deletion: You can permanently erase all your game progress, earned gold, hints, and Firebase account data at any time by navigating to Settings → Delete Account inside the game.
Email Request: You may also request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us directly at mehemeylm@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.

5. Children’s Privacy

QueendomPuzzle does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at mehemeylm@gmail.com so we can immediately delete such records.

6. Data Security

We value your trust in using QueendomPuzzle. All network communications between the Application and Firebase backend servers are encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS). While no method of digital transmission or storage is 100% impenetrable, we employ commercially acceptable safeguards to protect your personal data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in regulatory standards or application features. You are advised to review this page occasionally for any revisions. Any modifications become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
