We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you may provide while using our mobile game application.
Core Principle: Puffango is built as a delightful, family-friendly casual arcade jump game. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide leaderboards, cloud saves, purchases, and game analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Information We Collect
A. User-Provided Information (Optional Google Sign-In)
You can enjoy Puffango fully as a Guest Player without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games / Google Sign-In:
Google Profile Data: Display name, profile picture URL, and unique Google Player/Account ID to synchronize your high scores, collected coins, and unlocked skins across devices via Firebase Cloud Storage.
B. Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and system language settings to provide appropriate localized game content and graphical performance optimization.
Game Progression: High scores, unlocked hats and accessories, sound/vibration preferences, and in-game achievements stored locally on your device or linked to your cloud profile.
C. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases (such as Gold Coin packages and "Remove Ads") are processed securely by Google Play Billing. Tigrisapp does not have access to or store your credit card or financial information.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising
To provide cloud authentication, leaderboards, and ad services, Puffango integrates third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services & Firebase: Used for secure cloud authentication, real-time database leaderboards, and crash reporting.

Google AdMob: Serves non-personalized or personalized banner and interstitial advertisements to support free gameplay. In production, users can permanently remove all advertisements via the in-game store.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Puffango is designed for a general audience of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data without consent, please contact us immediately at mehemeylm@gmail.com, and we will promptly delete the data.
4. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You have total control over your data:
Delete All Data In-App: You can delete all your stored profile data, achievements, and cloud records at any time directly in the game under Settings › Delete Account & All Data.
Guest Reset: You can reset all local guest data with one tap in Settings.
Manual Request: You may also email us at mehemeylm@gmail.com to request immediate deletion of any associated account records.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures (HTTPS/SSL, Firebase security rules) to protect your game scores and account records against unauthorized access.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
