Welcome to Number Puzzle, developed by Tigrisapp. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to deliver a smooth puzzle gaming experience, maintain global leaderboards, and process in-app purchases:
Authentication & Account Data: If you sign in using Google Sign-In or continue as a Guest, Firebase Authentication assigns a unique anonymous identifier (UID) and retrieves your public profile name and optional avatar photo.
Game Statistics & Leaderboards: Your game completion times, move counts, and puzzle grid sizes are saved in Firebase Firestore to render global leaderboards.
Local Storage Data: Settings (sound, BGM volume, preferred app language, and high scores) are stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage.
In-App Purchase Information: Billing data for removing advertisements (VIP membership) is processed securely via Google Play Billing API. We do not collect or store credit card numbers.
2. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs
Our app utilizes Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Third-party ad vendors, including Google, use cookies and advertising IDs to serve ads based on your usage:
Google AdMob: Collects Advertising ID (GAID), device diagnostics, and location data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
Rate Limiting & Invalid Traffic Protection: We implement internal frequency capping and rate limiting on rewarded and interstitial ads to prevent accidental clicks and protect against invalid traffic (IVT).
VIP / Ad Removal: Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" option (SKU: number_puzzle_remove_ads) will have all banner and interstitial advertisements disabled completely.
3. Data Protection & Account Deletion
You have full control over your data within the application:
Account Deletion Button: You can delete your account and all associated Firestore leaderboard entries at any time directly inside the App Settings screen (Account Panel -> Delete Account).
Automated Data Maintenance: Anonymous guest accounts that remain inactive for more than 30 days are automatically purged from our database to prevent stale records. Registered Google accounts and VIP accounts are never purged automatically.
4. Children's Privacy
Number Puzzle does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
