This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Neon Trail, developed and published by Tigrisapp ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players. By downloading, accessing, or playing Neon Trail, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Guest / Anonymous Gameplay Data: When you start the game, an anonymous session is generated automatically so you can play immediately without any registration barrier. A random guest tag (e.g., Misafir#A1B2) and your in-game high scores are stored locally on your device and synchronized with our leaderboard service.
Optional Google Account Information: If you choose to connect your Google account or sign in with Google, we receive basic authentication credentials provided by Google: your public display name, email address, and profile photo URL. We do not access your contacts, private files, or passwords.
Custom Nickname: If you choose to set a custom in-game leaderboard nickname, that name is stored alongside your high score on our leaderboard.
Game Progress & Preferences: High score, top scores, unlocked skin colors, audio volume settings, and language preferences stored locally using MMKV storage.
Technical & Diagnostic Data (Automatically Collected): Device model, operating system version, anonymous instance identifiers, crash logs, and anonymized performance metrics collected through Google Firebase services to diagnose crashes and optimize frame rate.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Neon Trail integrates industry-standard third-party services provided by Google to support game functionality, analytics, and advertising:
Google Play Services: Core Android system integration, app distribution, and security.
Google Privacy Policy
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to deliver non-personalized or personalized banner, interstitial, and rewarded continue ads. AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID) in compliance with Google Play Developer policies.
AdMob Data Processing Terms
Firebase Authentication: Manages secure anonymous guest and Google OAuth sign-in tokens.
Firebase Cloud Firestore: Securely stores global high score leaderboard records and player nicknames.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymous telemetry, game session timestamps, and crash stack traces to help us resolve bugs and improve game stability.
4. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for legitimate game operations:
To enable time-freezing core gameplay, high score tracking, and cosmetic skin unlocks.
To display dynamic global top 50 leaderboards with player ranks.
To reward optional rewarded continues after ad completion.
To diagnose crashes, reduce lag, and optimize frame rates across different Android devices.
To save your preferred language and sound volume across game sessions.
5. Data Retention & Security
We implement technical security measures to protect your data. Leaderboard scores and authentication credentials are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored in Google's secure Firebase infrastructure. Local preferences are stored securely on your device sandbox. We retain leaderboard records as long as the game remains active or until you request deletion.
6. Account Deletion and Data Deletion Policy
In full compliance with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy and global privacy standards (GDPR / CCPA), players have full control over their account and stored data:
In-App One-Tap Deletion: You can permanently delete your account, saved high scores, leaderboard records, and preferences at any time by opening the game, navigating to Settings (Ayarlar) > Account > Delete Account and Data (Hesabı ve Verileri Sil). This immediately removes your record from Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
Manual Deletion Request: You may also submit a deletion request by sending an email to our designated contact address at mehemeylm@gmail.com with the subject "Neon Trail - Data Deletion Request". We will process and confirm your request within 7 business days.
7. Children's Privacy
Neon Trail is an arcade skill game and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at mehemeylm@gmail.com so that we can promptly remove such information from our servers.
